The position is funded for at least three years starting ASAP, and is under the direct supervision of Dr. Emily Wang, with tight collaborations with other investigators at City of Hope. The research project will be devoted to the analyses of DNA repair mechanism and microRNA function in breast cancer cells and tumors. Candidates should have previous training in the field of DNA repair, and preference will be given to those with experience using mouse tumor models. Candidates also must have passion for science, strong work ethics, and excellent interpersonal skills.
