CRA: This CRO has rapidly expanded its European CRA division over the last year and is looking to continue its growth with the addition of a friendly and talented CRA. This role is ideal for an experienced CRA with ambition to further their career in clinical research. With the opportunity to be field based or to work from their office in the south east you will be working on a range of studies and therapeutic areas.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
The client is a global CRO which prides itself on the relationships that it has built worldwide. With a strong 2011 they are looking to continue their expansion, with a particular emphasis on their European offices. They offer a stimulating and supportive work environment where CRAs can cover a range of Phases from I to IV in cardiovascular, endocrine/metabolic, and oncology.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CRA you will have many responsibilities, among them:
· Conducting pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites according to Medpace/Sponsor SOPs and GCP;
· Acting as a site manager and solution provider;
· Identifying investigative sites for new studies;
· Completing visit reports and maintaining study-related databases.
SKILLS DESIRED
The ideal candidate will have:
· CRA experience – 2 years+
· Experience in oncology, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease preferred;
· Bachelor or Master of Science in a health related field or equivalent;
· Ability to understand and present relevant clinical and pre-clinical topics;
· Ability to travel – Full UK driving licence.
Commutable locations: UK – field/home based (South East/London/Kent office option)
Salary: £40k-45k + benefits
