The Role
This position can be Home based or Office based in Berkshire
The Project Director is responsible for owning and achieving interim and final deliverables defined in the contract, throughout the life of the project. You will work closely with the Director of Project Delivery and Director of Project Management to ensure successful delivery of the project.
As a Project Director you will be instrumental in the planning and delivering multi service clinical research projects according to the time, quality/scope and budget constraints. More importantly, your teams’ success will have a significant impact on our overall plans to grow, and as such you will be a key player for securing repeat business, contributing to the bidding process and attending bid defence meetings.
The Person
In order to be considered, candidates should possess a degree preferably in a life science subject together with experience of managing global clinical trials within the CRO industry. Candidates will need a strong global and cross-functional project management experience as well drug development knowledge, you will need to be a natural leader with excellent communication skills to succeed as a Project Director.
The ideal candidate will also need to possess the ability to set goals and meet them by motivating teams and building strong relationships with a diverse range of groups, within our organisation and externally.
