Position Summary :

· The GA Sales Manager focuses on achieving GA sales goals and objectives by developing and executing GA business plan, liaising with the Marketing, Service and Support teams, ensuring effective coverage of territories and supporting the Direct Sales Team. Primary focus will be to develop the Direct Sales Team and leverage and grow partnership with key customers and channel partners in GA business field. The GA Sales Manager reports to Korea General Manager.

Position Summary :

· The GA Sales Manager focuses on achieving GA sales goals and objectives by developing and executing GA business plan, liaising with the Marketing, Service and Support teams, ensuring effective coverage of territories and supporting the Direct Sales Team. Primary focus will be to develop the Direct Sales Team and leverage and grow partnership with key customers and channel partners in GA business field. The GA Sales Manager reports to Korea General Manager.

Key Responsibilities :


  • Responsible for development and implementation of effective GA strategic plan in Korea
  • Develop and execute Go-Direct Strategic Plan
  • Support GM to orchestrate the business transformation to Go-Direct
  • Lead Direct Sales Team once the business transformation's completed
  • Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents
  • Select, develop, and coach a professional direct sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth
  • Pursue identified GA business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing team to define overall GA marketing and sales strategy
  • Encourage and requires high level teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of the company's other functional staffs
  • Responsible for managing and controlling GA sales budget
  • Monitor, analyze GA sales & market trend

  • Achieve GA sales goals

Education, Experience & Skills Required :


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Expert on communication and negotiation skills

· Strategic and tactical thinking

· Strong Channel Management Experience


  • Minimum of ten years of business experience in MNC medical device companies is required
  • Minimum of five years of Direct Sales Team Management experience in MNC medical device companies is required
  • Go-Direct Experience: Know how to do Go-Direct business transformation process and how to manage the customer communication, build direct customer relationship, build Direct Sales Team and manage Direct Sales Team etc.
  • Knowledge of instrument sales market

· Proven Selling Skill

· Proven Leadership

· Matured & senior

· Good at Consultative Value Selling Approach


  • Understanding of the importance of driving sales while complying with MNC protocol
