COMPANY BACKGROUND:
An award winning Healthcare Advertising agency based in Central London and one of the most internationally recognized agencies in the world – a huge player in the industry known for its high levels of creativity. This reputable agency, which works mainly on European and global business, has rapidly grown and has a lot of new business in the pipeline and is experiencing continued growth and success.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Take briefs from and work closely with the creative teams to create executions of their ideas and also contribute to the concept from a design and executional perspective.
· Take design briefs for brand identities and brand guidelines and develop them to the appropriate level under the supervision of the design director/creative director
· Present your work to the broader internal team, occasionally presenting to client
· Proactively suggest creative solutions to briefs
· Ensure all work produced adheres to specified corporate and technical guidelines
· Develop an understanding on client markets and associated demands / creative trends
Key Competencies:
· Creative flair, good typography and design skills in both print and particularly digital with strengths in developing brand identity and layout design
· Strong attention to detail
· Flexible attitude and a willingness to work across accounts
· Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines is very important
· Advanced skills in CS5 are essential and experience in 3D packages, Dreamweaver
and HTML5 would be a bonus
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Qualification in Graphic Arts / Design an advantage
Experience and credentials:
· Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a creative environment
· Previous healthcare experience would help but is not essential
· Essentially, we want to be impressed with your design and creativity and your experience on and offline
