Service Manager - Medical Devices - East Anglia - To £45k

Our client is one of the leading vendor independent provider of Managed Equipment Services to the NHS, operating several long-term contracts providing complete equipment management to major NHS hospitals.
They are looking for a Service Manager who will take site responsibility for the management of the service delivery for the relevant account. This includes taking prime responsibility ensuring that all maintenance and service related operational obligations are met and delivered safely, representing the company at meetings with the client and other key stakeholders.

The post holder will possess a strong background in the management and maintenance of Medical Equipment and have a good understanding of technical issues and IT related to medical equipment. The post holder may also develop expertise in at least one modality of medical equipment. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of clinical workflows, you will have worked with and influenced senior NHS clinical staff and have a strong background in repair of Medical Imaging Equipment. You will have
specified medical equipment and experience of managing major equipment deliveries and installations.
