Job Title:  Ph.D. and Master's Level Quantitative Researchers

Job Specifics:  40 hour/week position

Job Description:
Both the Ph.D. and the Master's Level Quantitative Researchers will work directly with the Director of Research in trading strategy development and technical analysis.  As a researcher, you will use algorithms to create models for forecasting the financial markets.  You will write programs, add functionality to existing programs, and utilize various tools to evaluate trading ideas.  This position requires that you use your quantitative analytical skills to work with our multi-disciplinary research team in refining our models.  This position requires creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other quantitative researchers and technologists in our dynamic team environment.  These positions provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to financial professionals using a quantitative approach to trading.

Job Qualifications:
The candidates should have or be working towards a Ph.D. and/or have completed a Master's in mathematics, statistics/econometrics, cs, physics, scientific computing, and/or ee with an undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline.  Strong analytical, econometric, mathematical, and statistical proficiencies are critical.  As a quantitative researcher you must have software competency in Matlab and C++ or C#.
