Clinical Laboratory Manager (6 month fixed contract) - office based in Scotland
You will manage all laboratory aspects of clinical trial projects and serve as a point of contact for any issues, while ensuring consistency of delivery on a global level. You may also participate in business development as required.
Duties and responsibilities may also include -
Reviewing protocols and acting as a verification resource.
Overseeing the team to make sure that protocol-specific kit contents as well as designs blood collection kits, laboratory requisitions and reports are all correct.
Authors protocol-specific laboratory instruction manuals.
Co-ordinates, and presents, study specific materials and services at meetings.
Provides additional training when necessary.
Liaises with the appropriate sections of the company
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent, advanced degree an advantage
Previous Project Management experience
Customer Service experience in a client facing environment
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Good organisational skills
Time Management
Pharma or Clinical Research experience would be an advantage
Team Leading
