Field Service Engineer

A well established and leading supplier of analytical instrumentation has an exciting new opening for a Field Service Engineer.

 Home based, you will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, service and repair of a range of products. You will also perform preventative maintenance and provide technical support by phone and email. Knowledge and experience of magnetic resonance techniques (NMR, MRI) will be extremely beneficial.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous field service experience and be computer literate with experience of software-controlled devices. A background in scientific/medical instrumentation would be an advantage but is by no means essential as full training will be provided. Candidates will need strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset and an ability to analyse and solve complex problems.
