Our client is a well-established and highly respected contract clinical research organisation, based in North West England. They have a unique structure in that they offer a full suite of clinical research services from concept to closure, and the services of a bank of highly experienced clinical research nurses who work with clients on clinical trials. They now seek an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in continuing to drive the business forward in the UK and ultimately beyond.

In this high-profile role, you will take responsibility for winning new business and managing accounts for both businesses, ensuring continued growth is achieved going forward. You’ll negotiate with a range of organisations from spin-out biotechs through to major pharmaceutical organisations, and also with other CROs. Educated to degree level, you’ll ideally possess a demonstrable track record in winning business for a CRO, but they may consider outstanding candidates with a strong scientific background and successful sales experience. Either way, you’ll have the passion to join a company where your drive and success can have a measurable impact on the ongoing growth of the organisation.
