Production Engineer - Contract - Pharmaceutical
A really exciting opportunity in the Pharmaceutical industry for an experienced Production Engineer.
An American Pharmaceutical company with production sites in Swindon are currently seeking Production Engineers for a minimal 6-12 month contract to start immediately.
Engineers will work on the production line, on a shift basis.
The Main Responsibilities will be:
To take the lead on resolving technical issues as they arise on the production line.
Repair and fault finding of electronic and mechanical equipment
Supporting and maintaining the equipment.
Promoting and developing the lean manufacturing techniques.
Liaise closely with all departments.
Hands-on required at all times
Handling day-to-day production issues
To apply for this role you must:
Be familiar and have experience with electronic and mechanical production equipment.
Have experience working with a PLC - Programmable Logic Controller.
Have experience of sterile manufacturing - clean room experience.
Be able to quickly diagnose and rectify equipment faults.
An understanding and experience of equipment maintenance
