A Director of Project Management is required by major Global CRO. This role can be office-based (Netherlands) OR home-based but regular travel to the office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior manager to further develop their career with a genuine industry leader.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION
Leadership of Clinical Operation function of major Global CRO in the Netherlands region. Line Managing the Clinical team and directing the process of hiring and retention of Clinical Operations staff and developing processes for "onboarding" of staff. Act as a coach and mentor for team of line managers (Clinical Study Managers, Study Directors etc.)
You will be responsible for:
-Line management
-Supervise, Support, motivate, train and coach the clinical teams.
-Set goals for the department, through cross organizational collaboration and understanding of business needs
-Assist and advise BD in acquisition bids
-Support HR in the recruitment of new staff in the clinical team
REQUIREMENTS
12+ yrs Clinical Research experience
10+ yrs leadership experience in a Clinical Research role
Outstanding leadership qualities and first class communication & interpersonal skills
