CONTRACT Negotiable 3-6 Months, Head of Data Management, East Anglia
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role will involve micro managing a team of data managers, whilst the systems change to a more consolidated EDC standard. Previous experience of dealing with a transition from paper to EDC systems is desirable but not essential. Experience managing a team of data managers within the clinical trials environment is however a must.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION:
During the role the candidate will:
*contribute to the ongoing strategic development and growth in the company
*ensure all Data Management Department supports its objectives
*provide the vision and goals for the department aligned with the strategic objectives of the company
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred candidates will have
*Experience of EDC Systems
*Extensive experience in a management or leadership role within the pharmaceutical or CRO environment
*Have been involved in managing a team during a period of change
