You will ensure that GMP is being followed at all times and that batch documents are completed correctly. You will also allocate work, train staff on new processes and product lines, and be on hand to co-ordinate improvements to the department.
This is a very people-oriented position and you need to be the kind of person who can react quickly, handling both technical and team-related issues. Reporting to the Packaging Manager, you will be able to promote a positive, hard-working culture.
Double Day shift pattern, as follows:
Week 1: 6am – 2pm Monday to Thursday; 6am – 12pm Friday
Week 2: 1.45pm – 9.45pm Monday to Thursday; 11.45am – 5.45pm Friday

Just as importantly, you must be a confident, people-oriented Manager who has a positive, encouraging nature.
Given the company’s location, candidates are welcome to apply if they are looking to relocate. If so, please can you provide specific details as to why you are interested in moving.
