They are currently seeking a Head of Insight with plenty of ideas and conviction to lead a division of this agency in the future and create a standalone function. Based in Farringdon you will be working on Global Business in both Ethical and Consumer Health Brands.
This agency is a start-up, but not in the traditional sense. They are already established within the industry and turning over an impressive amount of profit with some great clients after around 18 months in operation. Though typically a Consumer health agency, they also have an ethical portfolio and an integrated and creative approach. This would be the perfect place for a bright and experienced individual to grow their career within an agency that is still in its youth and is striving to create a truly unique integrated offering to clients.
· Create and nurture a standalone function that can drive its own P&L.
· Establish competence as an integral part of the creative/interactive delivery of the agency
· Delivering on insight needs of existing creative clients
· Exploring new business opportunities
· Define best practice models for the agency
This agency is seeking a professional that is overflowing with ideas and energy. The individual must be dynamic, not afraid of a challenge and experienced at the capture and interpretation of qualitative work while challenging senior clients to examine new ideas about their markets. Ambition and drive is an absolute must.
