Technical Operations Manager - Diagnostics reagents - North Wales - Excellent salary and benefits

Following a strategic review of operations this major manufacturer of reagents used in hospitals worldwide to aid the diagnosis of medical conditions seeks a Technical Operations Manager.
In this challenging role you will be responsible for the effective resolution of product performance issues identified during the manufacturing / testing process. This includes identifying root cause and implementing appropriate corrections. In addition, effective communication and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders is critical to this role.

Extensive experience in immunodiagnostics as well as the troubleshooting and development of immunoassays.
Ideally you will have proven management and people development experience. You will be a strong people manager, experienced at managing a team of technical staff.
In depth knowledge of the relevant Quality and Environmental Standards.
A high level of competence in Excel, statistical tools and applications.

Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent in a Biological / science based subject matter.
