An Internationally regarded pharmaceutical company in Berkshire is seeking to recruit for a customer supply manager. This company is experiencing significant growth and an opportunity has been created on a contractual basis to join their customer supply team.
As a core member of the team you will be tasked with delivering an excellent supplier to depot customer service for this global company by working with key customers on ordering, availability and event planning.
By liazing closely with key customers you will be an expert in customer ordering/ forecasting processes ensuring customer demands are realistic and met whilst also ensuring customer requests do not lead to unacceptable supply chain costs to the company (e.g. Changes in order multiples, delivery points, order days, lead-times etc)
Educated to degree level, experience of working in a customer facing supply chain role as well as FMCG logistics experience is required.
Previous experience of having to negotiate across a variety of stakeholders and a sound knowledge of S&OP process as well as SAP and BW is perferred.
