Thermodynamics Mechanical Engineer in Cambridgeshire
A growing Engineering Consultancy Firm is currently looking for a number of Thermodynamics Mechanical Engineers who will work on creative and technical development of brand new projects. This is a role where you will deal with a large portion of product creation from concept through to product release meaning you will be able to vastly improve your skill sets in any areas you need too.
They are ideally looking for people with a number of years of industry experience who has worked on 3D CAD Concept design, Prototyping, Testing, Product Analysis and Material Selections. This company would also like people who want to move into more senior positions as the company grows.
This role will involve meeting with clients on a face to face basis so you will need to have clear communication skills and ideally have experience gathering client requirements.
You will be responsible for the development of Thermodynamic Products for a wide range of clients, including within the Scientific and Medical sectors. These products will need to be attractive and be able to pass regulatory standards. Due to this you will be working alongside some of the industry's leading specialists that include Design Engineers, Physicists and Mechanical Engineers. Ideally you will have worked for a design consultancy previously.
You will be entering a team of expert designers getting the change to work with the best and brightest mind in the Medical Technologies and Scientific sectors. Due to this they expect you to have a 1st or 2:1 degree, in Mechanical Engineering, from a leading University. It would also be ideal if you hold a PhD but this is not necessary.
