UK Technical Service and Support - Molecular Biology - South East - to 30K

This client is a world leader in production of proteomic reagents, antibodies and cytokines. They have state of the art manufacturing facilities and deal extensively with the research industry both directly and via distributors. They now require a Technical Support Specialist to take responsibility for liaison with customer. You will take specific responsibility for customer support, dealing with queries and complaints, ensuring a strong focus on customer care practices.

You will have a strong technical knowledge of the companies products gained from research in academia or biotech/pharma and have a positive attitude to customer satisfaction. You will report to the MD and be a key player in building a team to look after this area. Happy to travel and with good communication skills you will be able to really make your mark within a growing organisation.

Minimum BSc in life sciences, you will have worked in a customer facing role and enjoy trouble shooting and problem solving.
