Clinical research associate (CRA) / manager: This is a unique opportunity for a CRA to join a small but growing CRO in a mix of a CRA and managerial role. This is a brilliant role for an experienced CRA to make progress with their career and move into a highly unusual and sought after managerial position whilst still carrying out CRA tasks such as monitoring. The client is one of an international group of communications companies and is currently in the process of expanding its own CRO division. Working with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies means that you will cover an interesting range of therapeutic areas and get plenty of variety. They bring together a range of expertise from both clinical research and commercial backgrounds which brings an element of innovation to this exciting organisation.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing, training and supporting the Clinical Research Team
· Liaising with sites in the UK and Germany
· Coordinate start up and investigator meetings
· Regular site monitoring visits
SKILLS DESIRED
· Life sciences degree
· Strong CRA background – 2 years+
· Knowledge of ICH-GCP (can be trained)
· Communication and organisational skills

Salary: £35k – 45k + benefits
