Sales Engineer - Switzerland/Germany
A rapidly growing medical devices manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer to develop new business in Europe. This company is renowned for the innovative range of medical device manufacturing services that they offer to corporate and engineering clients across the world. Due to continual success, they are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive in Switzerland or Germany to join their growing sales division.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing business in Europe; reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The Medical Sales Executive will be selling and promoting the company's medical device manufacturing services to medical organisations. For this, the successful candidate will be required to carry out market research to identify business opportunities, generate sales leads, and regularly meet with companies to promote manufacturing services. The Business Development Executive will be working from home, however, will be required to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
To be considered for this role, you will:
*A strong understanding of the medical devices industry
*Have sold medical devices into hospitals or B2B sales, preferably of orthopaedics or surgical devices
*Must speak fluent German and English, with the additional language of Italian would be desirable
*Will desirably hold a Life Sciences of Engineering degree
In return, the Sales Engineer will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, commission structure and company car.
