My client is one of the world’s leading conglomerates. With a diverse portfolio of products, the business has seen continued success across their product portfolio due to innovation and careful product management.
They are currently seeking to appoint an experienced microbiology supervisor to manage their current microbiology team, resources, processes and continual improvements with the objective of achieving site and department objectives.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as the head of all microbiology activities.
- Leading of continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure all activities are in line with GMP standards.
- Assist in the recruitment process of staff within the microbiology team
- Assist in the education and development of the microbiology team
To be considered for this role you must be educated to degree level in a scientific discipline, ideally microbiology and have a previous supervisory or managerial experience in an industrial microbiology position.
