Aerosol Scientist - Drug Delivery Engineer - Medical Devices - Hertfordshire

An growing Medical Devices Company, based in the Hertfordshire region, is working with a wide range of Pharmaceutical companies in the research & development of new Drug Delivery Devices that will aid the Medical Devices Sector for years to come. Due to the number of projects and the importance of the devices we are currently looking to bring in a number of Aerosol Scientists and Aerosol Engineers.

You will be working in a team of Medical Devices Engineers, Physicists and Consultants on the design and development of industry leading Aerosol Drug Delivery Medical Devices. Due to the group you will be working with you will need in-depth knowledge of Aerosol Drug Delivery Devices. You will lead a number projects that focus on the medical applications of aerosol sciences. Ideally you would have worked for a design consultancy on the design and development of drug delivery systems or have worked directly for a large pharmaceutical organisation on the design and development of a aerosol drug delivery device.

The main focus of this role will include the development of Medical Devices using Aerosol Sciences and engineering, specifically developing Aerosol Drug Delivery Devices. The ideal candidate will have to have worked on the development of successful Drug Delivery Medical Devices that have been brought to market.

As there are a number of positions available we are accepting applications from experienced Aerosol Sciences Engineers, Physicists and Scientists. So to be successful in this role you must have worked on a Medical Devices from conception through to completion and hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in Physics, Medical Engineering or any other related subject.

We may accept applications from graduates but you will need to hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in a related field along with straight A's at A-level. To be considered at Graduate Level you will need to have worked on the development of an Aerosol Drug Delivery Product during you degree or during a placement assignment.
