COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Working from the European hub of this global pharmaceutical the position will have autonomy and oversight across their full European business, working closely with associated affiliates and cross functionally as required. Company wise this pharmaceutical have been established for around 30yrs in Europe with circa 400 employees presently. They continue to grow with operations in most major European countries and 6 products to market across a range of therapeutic areas.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for an office based Technical Operations Manager to join their West London QA & Technical Operations division. With 4 pharmaceutical products in the market (and 2 in devices) across Europe the position will see you technically involved in:
· Technical product launches – coordinate launch activities cross divisionally
· Direction to new product launch teams – technical data, management plans
· Product Transfers – oversight in transfers of contract packaging operation
· Contractor Management – Review/approve validation activities, identify and resolve issues
This position sits very much within the QA and Technical Operations area, it isn’t a ‘product manager’ or marketing position but requires someone with the hands-on technical knowledge.
SKILLS DESIRED:
· Confident experience in coordinating product launches & transfers
· Launch of pharmaceutical (drug development) products
· Pharmaceutical industry employment background
· European experience beneficial (oversight at this level)
Commutable locations: West London (Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire)
Salary Levels: £48k - £58k + £7k car allowance + bonus + benefits
