Human Factors and Usability Research Consultant - Medical Devices - Hertfordshire

There is a new role available with a leading Medical Devices Company in the Hertfordshire area. They are looking for someone with strong interest in Medical Devices who can research the market for new options for Human Factors, User Research and Ergonomics design services.

This company have a fantastic reputation working with Medical Devices organisations, due to this they need people with experience of qualitative and quantitative human factors research methods. Due to the nature of this role you will be speaking with clients and industry experts on a regular basis, this means you must have a strong command of the English language. You will also work with clients around Europe, so if you are fluent in another European language this would be highly advantageous.

As you will be designing and conducting research studies around Europe you will need to hold an EU passport. Travel is very infrequent however it is important that you can travel for business purposes when required.

Due to the excellent reputation of this company many of the people who work there tend to get promoted internally, especially as they offer excellent training and development. The few that leave find that working for this organisation opens up a lot of opportunities in their careers.

There is a lot of interest in this role and interviews are already being arranged, due to this they are asking that you will hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in a Science, Engineering or Product Design field along with a Masters degree in either a Ergonomics or Human Factors field.

We are considering graduate applications, however you will also need to have straight A's at A-Level and you would have worked on a Medical Devices Project during your education.

As I mentioned interviews are already happening so you will need to apply now if you are interested. For more information please feel free to contact myself, Andrew Welsh the Manager of the Medical Devices Division here at Paramount Recruitment, on 0121 616 3463.
