An organisation based in Central London is seeking a Biostatistician / Statistician to work at their office near Hammersmith. This is varied position as the Statistics team at this organisation is quite small so they are looking for an experienced individual to work in a leadership role and also provide statistical input to studies. You will be a significant member of the Statistics team and at times you will be involved in responsibilities as a mid-Senior level Biostatistician / Statistician including being the point of contact for clients. It is an exciting role that requires someone who enjoys a challenge and delving into projects and problem solving!

As a Biostatistician / Statistician you will provide statistical input and advanced analyses of health economic projects. You will be working closely with Epidemiologists and Health Economists and have involvement in the planning and design phases of projects. Your responsibilities as a Senior Biostatistician / Statistician may also include the following:

*Write, modify, and maintain programs to perform statistical analyses
*Validate and review of other programs
*Assist with review of CRFs, SAPs and other relevant material

This global Scientific company design and execute product development and provide evidence for how medical products would perform in the real world. They are active in over 25 countries at the moment they have had many successful trials and also have sub divisions that provide expertise in other areas.

Ideal candidates for this role as a Biostatistician will have around 2-3 years + experience in a Research environment, and a background applying Statistical techniques to Epidemiology studies within a CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) or Pharmaceutical company. You must also have a Msc in Statistics or another related area.
