As the Account Director, you will be responsible for the motivation and leadership of an award winning team of account managers, ensuring that client's projects are delivered on time and to budget. You will be expected to provide the strategic direction for key international accounts, whilst maximising new business potential from both existing and new pharmaceutical clients.

This rare opening is perfect for a senior account manager or an account director wanting to take on more responsibility for the strategic direction of a vibrant Medical Education team. To succeed in this post, you must confident in your people management capability with excellent logistic and project management skills.
The ideal applicant will be educated in a life sciences discipline with proven experience in strategic marketing programmes and implementation of medical education projects.

You will have previously worked within a pharmaceutical or healthcare agency environment, preferably across an international scale. A good attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to prioritise is to be expected.
