Summary

A brand new role with a leading European organisation that is expanding to the UK. You will be responsible for managing a territory across the South (from Wales to Kent and everywhere in between) and selling cutting-edge healthcare devices (hospital beds, couches, chairs and more) to NHS and private hospitals and medical practices.

The Role

After you have been fully trained on all of the company’s products (which are very advanced and medically forward-thinking, as well as aesthetically pleasing), you will become responsible for selling direct to the NHS and private medical practices. This will include sourcing your own leads and arranging your own appointments, preparing pitches, making presentations to senior managers and buyers and closing the sale for both individual items and bulk, repeat orders.

You will also build up a list of clients and manage your accounts, offering a professional, consultative aftercare service, both to generate future business and ensure that the products are being utilised effectively.

Benefits

In addition to healthy On Target Earnings, the company will provide you with a company van, fully expensed mobile phone and laptop.

The basic salary will be around £28,000 to start with, though your annual OTE if you hit your targets will be at least £50,000 (uncapped).

Experience

The successful candidate must have previous sales experience in the medical field, selling products to the NHS and / or private healthcare establishments. You must have a consultative and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to build rapport, instill trust and confidence with customers and show empathy. You must have strong presentation and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to close sales.

You must have a full clean driving licence and be physically fit because there will be some lifting involved. You must be willing and able to travel extensively across the South of the UK and occasionally to North France to the company’s Head Office.
