Our client is currently seeking to recruit laboratory technicians and material chemists to work within their electrochemistry laboratories:
Laboratory Technician
The applicants will be expected to have HND, BSc or MSc in chemistry, physical or material sciences with some working experience, ideally gained within fuel cells or battery industries.
Materials Chemist
The applicants will be expected to have BSc or MSc in Chemistry or related discipline and have experience using analytical techniques such as thermal analysis, IR, FTIR, and chromatography. The ability to interpret results and write technical reports is also essential for this position.
Good attention to detail is important and previous experience of working in an analytical
laboratory would be an advantage.
Candidates for these positions will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work individually under their own initiative as well as within a group.
