The Company:
My client are a manufacturer of speciality polymers for household application based in Manchester, they are currently looking for a polymer chemist to join their successful science team.
The Role:
The role will involve the development of coatings and polymers, the role will involve monitoring the yield of each formulation. The candidate will work with a successful team on the development of new projects and help introduce new coating and polymer formulations. Working in accordance with certain chemical procedure.
The Skills:
The suitable candidate should have a minimum of a HNC/BSc in chemistry or polymer science, the candidate should have previous experience working in the polymer industry and have strong experience working with colour chemistry and coatings. Textile industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
