Job Summary:
As a result of continued growth, my client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Asset Delivery Coordinator (ADC). The primary purpose of the ADC is to ensure that maintenance requirements for new equipment are appropriately addressed in the project delivery process. This is an ideal position for somebody who has a keen eye for detail with a drive to deliver results in a high profile industry.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be required to ensure the completion of activities as detailed within a site procedure titled 'Maintenance Strategy Development and Asset Data Delivery'. This includes ensuring that maintenance requirements are considered in the design process and that prior to project commissioning equipment data has been entered into the computerised maintenance management system (GMARS) , planned maintenance activities have been agreed and scheduled in GMARS and that the required spares have been identified and are in place in the stores system. Preference will be given to candidates with the experience to work unsupervised, but also with others, on the following list of responsibilities:
Data Collection Project Management
Equipment Tender Review
Critical Spare Part Identification
Collation of Data Package
Part Stocking Requirements
Select / Identify new job plan requirements
Request Service Contracts
Finalise Craft Training Requirements
Collate Final Maintenance Data Package
Define and Develop Craft Training
Create Detailed Job Plans
Essential Skills & Capabilities:
Experience in maintenance activities in the Chemical or pharmaceutical industry
Experience in data collection, collation and management via an electronic database
Work planning, scheduling and task completion
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Knowledge of safety, statutory, regulatory and cGMP requirements
Enthusiastic and keen to join a dynamic environment
Communicate effectively at all levels
Maintain a positive attitude and create a productive working environment
Computer literate.
Desirable Skills:
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
GMARS/Maximo familiarity
You must be eligible to work in the UK
