Clinical Research Associate Manager, CRA Manager: One of the market leading CROs is currently looking for an experienced CRA Manager to join their CRA division in the UK, preferably to be based in their office in the Thames Valley. This is a great opportunity for a talented Senior or Lead CRA with line management experience to be given immediate responsibilities at a fantastic international CRO.

The client is one of the top five CROs in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. They have an impressive global presence with offices in 50 countries and on-going clinical studies in over 100 countries. You will be given the chance to cover a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas from Phase I studies through to Phase IV, with extensive support, training and development given to staff at all stages of their career.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CRA Manager, your responsibilities will include:
•Ensuring excellent communication between CRA’s and line management
•Evaluating CRA performance by carrying out appraisals and writing reports
•Accompanying CRAs on site visits
•Monitoring and evaluating CRA workload by liaising with the Project Manager(s)
•Identifying and designing necessary training
SKILLS DESIRED
· Life sciences degree
· Solid EU Senior/Lead CRA experience, preferably in the UK
· Excellent monitoring exposure – Full lifecycle, Phase I-IV
· Line management experience
· Full UK driving licence
Commutable locations: UK (Thames Valley office option preferably)
Salary: £45k - £60k + car/allowance + bonus + benefits
