ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In joining international CRO as a CRA II / Senior CRA they would require the ideal candidate to have strong clinical exposure as your role would involve:
· Full clinical trial lifecycle – start-up through to closeout activities
· Site relationship management and development
· Co-monitoring and training of less experienced CRAs
· Interaction with PMs on regular basis
· Sponsor contact when required
This is a varied role in which you will be involved in a broad range of activities and be an influential presence in the organisation, where your work will have a real impact and you will be able to see the results of the work you conduct.
SKILLS DESIRED:
· Solid CRA background – 2.5+yrs
· UK or European monitoring experience
· Strong leadership ability – mentoring/development of CRAs
· Ability to travel extensively – full driving license
Life Sciences Degree – BSc or equivalent
Salary per annum: €45,000- €55,000+ car/allowance + benefits
Location: Netherlands – office or home based (experience dependant)
