Sales Executive - Diagnostics - Ayr
An expanding international scientific organisation has a unique opportunity for a Diagnostic Sales Representative to join their team in Ayr, Scotland. Utilising your technical sales skills, you will be responsible for the sales of their diagnostic kits for the South East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use you scientific skills to develop your career within sales within the Diagnostics, Food and Agricultural sectors.
You will be joining a developing successful diagnostics organisation with significant global exposure specialising within the food and scientific industries. Reporting into the head of sales and marketing, you will spend a significant amount of time creating new business throughout the South East of England. Based within their offices in Ayr, you will become a specialist on their full range of diagnostic kits and be able to promote these products frequently throughout the South East territory.
As this position will be based from their European head office in Ayr, you will ideally live within commutable distance and be flexible to travel to the South East of England, on a regular basis. You will be educated to degree level within a life science discipline, ideally in a scientific or food science based degree. You will ideally have sales experience within the scientific sector, however this is not essential as all training will be provided.
As you will be speaking and meeting with customers and distributors on a daily basis, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills in English.
