Clinical Research Associate, CRA: This international CRO is currently expanding its CRA division in the UK and is looking to bring on talented CRA’s as soon as possible! You will have the opportunity to work either from home or from one of their 3 UK offices, where you will be able to learn from more experienced CRA’s and managers. Ideal for a CRA who wants to further their career at a driven and global organisation with a great work/life balance.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
The client is an international CRO which is continuing to grow. Currently they have more than 11,000 employees across 45 different countries. They cover all of the major therapeutic areas in studies across Phases I to IV giving plenty of flexibility. As one of the top CROs with over twenty years’ experience this is a great environment in which to develop as a CRA.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Clinical Research Associate (ranging from I, II or Senior) within this organisation you will gain exposure to international Phase I – III clinical studies. Working with like-minded individuals across:
· Full monitoring responsibilities – initiation, monitoring, close-out
· CRA coordinator – responsible across small/medium size teams
· Site ownership – client interactions
· Closely working with the clinical PM, assuming responsibilities when required
SKILLS DESIRED
· Solid CRA background –18+ months upwards
· Excellent monitoring exposure – Full lifecycle, start up to close out.
· CRO or Pharma employment
· European/International study experience
· Life Sciences Degree
