This Lab Support Client is looking to recruit a Development Chemist for their production facility in Merseyside. The role will involve controlling production processes, initiating Pilot plant and scale up activities within the Pharma and industrial chemical intermediates sector. Record keeping and adhering to strict quality standards are key aspects of this role as is liaising between internal and external customers, so excellent communication skills are required both written and oral. This is a permanent role and offers a salary of around £30,000 pa depending upon experience - lesser experienced candidates will be considered if their experience is a close match to the company requirements. Hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday
Candidates must be able to demonstrate industrial experience of Scale up and pilot plant chemistry. Succesful candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent in Chemistry or related subject.
