My client a Leading Sponsor Company with a track record for delivering high quality OTC products on to the market currently has a high-profile opening for a Head of Clinical Research to take control of their General Medicine division.
Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer this is a high profile role which you will lead the development of my clients stable of General Medicine Products in exploring and identifying new formulations, indications and geographical expansion opportunities. In addition you will support the commercial development activities of my client my identifying and evaluating potential new licensing opportunities while playing a key operational role in driving the planning, implantation and execution of all clinical programs within the GM Division in close collaboration with Clinical Operations and CRO management,
Suitable candidates will hold a degree in Medicine (preferred) or advanced postgraduate qualification in a life-science discipline. You will have extensive experience in Clinical Research including experience within OTC and/or Generics to include development of Clinical Drug Research programs and Clinical Trial Design and be able to demonstrable a strong business acumen and commercial awareness ideally within an OTC Setting.
