Our client are a major FMCG business who are looking for an R&D Analytical Associate to join their OTC Healthcare team based in East Yorkshire

Responsibilities:

Carry out Analysis of drug product development in a research and development department using standards analytical techniques
Support the Healthcare team by providing accurate data and technical support for medicinal licence applications.
Take ownership of projects assigned to you, ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and to plan.
Author eCTD modules inline with specific country expectations, current best practice and global regulatory requirements.
Collect, interpret and report analytical data inline with ICH guidelines, cGMP and cGLP requirements.
Manage members of the team, as required. Ensuring an appropriate level of development and support inline with current best practice.


Candidate Requirements:

Experience as an analytical chemist within an R&D healthcare / pharmaceutical environment with a proven track record of delivering development projects.
Experience of compiling regulatory dossiers in support of medicinal licence applications
Results orientated, self motivated with an ability to evaluate and take risks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically, develop tactics and transform ideas into reality
Excellent communication skills
Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to think out of the box.
Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and delivery.
Knowledge and experience of analytical principles and procedures.
An understanding of Empower and Documentum would be an advantage.
