Proteomics Scientist - SE UK

A global pharmaceutical company are currently looking to expand one of their R&D sites based in South East UK to bolster theit IVD Biomarker Discovery team. They are world leaders in drug discovery and biopharmaceutical manufacturing and it is a unique and exciting time to be joining them. In this role you will provide proteomic expertise to the IVD team identifying biomarker candidates.

To be considered for this position you will be familiar with a number of bioinformatics and proteomics technologies such as mass spec and protein microarray based systems. Any experience applying preoteomics to diagnostic applicaitons would be highly desirable. Any commercail / industrial experience in the therapeutic fields of Cardiovascular, Neurological disease or Oncology would be of great advantage.
