Our client is a medium sized hair and personal care company in West Yorkshire. They are looking for an experienced product formulator with a proven R&D track record in hair and personal care to join their team.
You will be expected to formulate new products and to continue to develop existing products within hair care and skincare.
The role covers all aspects of product development from concept to launch, including product formulation and testing as well as activities associated with QA, regulatory submissions and packaging.
You will also represent the R&D department in customer and multi-disciplinary team meetings.
You are required to have substantial industrial experience within formulation of hair and personal care products and be educated to a minimum degree level or equivalent in Chemistry or similar. You must have proven project management skills and be a strong team player with the ability to communicate at all levels.
