My client offer a range of services including Business Transformation Mapping, Change management and organisational design, performance management and improvement, post merger and acquisition integration. They would like you to market these services to potential customers in your chosen market sector.
The Business Development Manager is expected to utilise their existing contact network to create and close new business opportunities for the delivery of agreed products and services within management consultancy, professional services and training.
The Business Development Manager will work in partnership with the delivery consultants and all other team members to identify, develop and win, additional opportunities within the allocated customer base and at all times act with the professionalism and ethics expected of an employee.
Duties and Responsibilities....
*Identify, develop and win all relevant opportunities within the agreed customer base.
*Achieve or exceed the agreed sales number.
*Ensure all paperwork is up to date and completed with absolute accuracy and clarity.
*Participate in group discussions, understanding that your opinion is valued and desired; respect opinions of others, discuss constructively.
*Represent the client in internal meetings ensuring that delivery to agreed aims and metrics is a primary goal.
*Do not bring the company into disrepute.
*A self motivated winner.
*Person who has successfully sold, management consultancy, professional services and training.
*A professional for whom meeting the agreed goals of the client are of paramount importance.
*Able to work effectively within a team, with a constructive attitude to others opinions.
*Understands and embraces the need for quality record keeping.
*Has fun in what they do and in doing so energises others.
A quality business development person has the potential to realistically earn £600,000 or more and is free to construct their working hours around their own work life balance requirements.
On offer to you is a fixed commission rate of 15% of the gross order value of your sales, excluding VAT, paid on receipt of payment from the client.
