Senior Biostatistician required by Global Clinical Research Organisation in their Early Phase Clinical Research division based in Ireland. This is an opportunity to take on mentoring and leadership responsibility while remaining a hands-on.
JOB TITLE
Lead Biostatistician Senior Biostatistician Biostatistician Manager
BACKGROUND
You'll be joining a truly global Pharmaceutical Services Company with a $1 billion + turnover and 5000+ employees.
ROLE
Direct development of data collection methods and co-ordinate customized electronic database transmissions to Sponsors
Develop statistical analysis plans for simple to complex studies including table shells and, when appropriate, other programming plans
Provide mentoring for Biostatistician I and Biostatistician II employees
Train entry level Biostatisticians and SAS Programmers as well as provide on-going department training
Direct and oversee the execution of planned statistical analysis and summarization for simple to complex studies (including tables, figures and data listings) independently
Write statistical methods and results sections of reports
Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and commitments
Communicate effectively with senior statisticians and clinicians within the sponsor company
Perform general statistical analysis programming

PhD in Statistics and 1 years industry experience
OR
MSc in Statistics + 5 years industry experience
AND
Some Leadership experience
