COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Based in Central London, the healthcare division is one of eight sectors within the agency. Work on mainly ethical accounts, across a range of therapy areas with lots of business growth in the pipeline. Ethical accounts are the core of the business but there are also accounts in animal health, OTC and medical devices. The team is skilled in optimising traditional and digital communications channels, designing programmes to support their clients' business needs and objectives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with some of the world’s leading global pharma, biotech and healthcare clients
· Exposure to their active digital health offering and the opportunity to build on your skill-set and experience in this area
· Work with a collaborative, high performing and award winning team
· Opportunity to gain in-house career training and development along with hands-on client work
· Daily contact with clients
· Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as compiling meeting minutes, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings and events
· Manage timelines and budgets
· Complete weekly status reports
SKILLS REQUIRED:
University degree; ideally a minimum of one years experience in a Healthcare PR agency experience; good writing skills; basic presentation skills; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; strong computing skills with the ability to create and manage databases; problem solving skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to build influential relationships; ability to successfully handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously; high degree of organisational & time management skills
