Electronics Engineer - Cambridgeshire - Medical Devices - Surgical Technologies
A leading Medical Devices Company, in the Cambridgeshire region, is currently looking for a number for Electronics Engineers to work on brand new Medical Devices. These devices will save lives all over the world and your role is vital in the successful creation of these devices.
A core focus of your role will be the electronics design and development of new Surgical Technologies and Surgical Devices; however you will also get the chance to work on other types of Medical Devices also.
To be successful in this role you must already have a proven track record in the electronics design of successful Medical Devices. This could either be for a Design Consultancy or a direct Medical Devices company. It is not essential that you have worked on Surgical Devices previously, however it would be highly advantageous. If you have not worked on Medical Technologies previously you cannot be considered for this role.
There is a lot of interest in this role, due to this it is expected that you hold a 1st or 2:1 degree, ideally in electronics engineering, from a Russell Group University. If you do not have this you will need to have work in a design consultancy for many years.
