The jobholder will be responsible for delivering innovative product ranges, and quality improvements as well as effectively managing development programmes. The role will also involve identifying and delivering cost reduction opportunities and supporting new market/business development initiatives.
The successful candidate must hold a food related degree or equivalent. Due to the nature of the role working with cross functional teams, the right candidate will need to be very team orientated. The most important factor that my client is looking for is a clear passion and enthusiasm for NPD. They are looking for someone who genuinely wants to develop within this area. Previous NPD experience would be desirable but is not essential.
