A leading life science company that manufacture a range of highly innovative genomic research instruments is expanding its customer support team and is now keen to recruit a Service Engineer within the Cambridge/South East region of the UK.
The role will actually be based at the customers facility and involve routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and emergency support of the instruments at this customers facility. You will install new instruments and update existing systems when required, this is a standard 9-5.30 role and due to the number of systems on site you will be joining a team odf engineers.
The successful candidate will have an electromechanical background with previous field service or site based service experience within the scientific arena. Excellent customer skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels is essential.
