Clinical Operations Manager (Bucks)
My client is a global Pharmaceutical company who are urgently looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will have a proven track record as a Clinical Operations Manager or CRA Manager. You will also preferably have experience in managing staff in other European locations. Home office working is not possible and you must be site based in the Buckinghamshire office.
ROLE
The purpose of this role is to lead, manage and motivate CRAs on clinical trials in various geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring quality of monitoring work on specific trials whilst keeping within pre-approved budgets, priorities and timelines. You will also be tasked with assisting with strategic decision making within the organisation.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
-Demonstrable CRA experience preferably gained within a CRO or Pharma setting
-Demonstrable Clinical Operations Management / CRA Management gained within a CRO or Pharma setting
-UK experience (essential)
-Other European experience (desired)
-Full study project life cycle experience
