My client is a global Pharmaceutical company who are seeking a CRA Trainer to develop and implement training plans and modules to the company's CRAs both in the UK and throughout Europe. This is a permanent, full-time position and will be office based in the Berkshire region.
ROLE
You will report to a Senior Manager within Global Monitoring, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining monitoring processes and standards. You will use your extensive CRA experience to identify training needs within the organisation, then co-ordinate and deliver training to CRAs both within the UK and in Europe. There will be a small amount of travel involved, as you will be expected to attend monitoring visits with CRAs on occasions to provide on-site training.
This exciting role will give an experienced CRA opportunity to work with a global pharma and move away from a monitoring intensive role into a position where you can pass on your knowledge in a more specialised position. It may also be an opportunity for a Clinical Manager who is passionate about the training aspect of their job to focus on this element full-time.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable CRA experience gained within a CRO or Pharma setting
- UK experience (essential)
- Other European experience (desired)
- Experience in training junior CRAs
- Experience in reviewing monitoring reports
