
Zest Medical is working in partnership with a Global Pharmaceutical company which specialises in Branded and Generic Pharma products. We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to develop revenues with Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Pharmacy Groups and Short Liners. The territory comprises of Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. As a guide, the territory is everything North of Sheffield.
The Generics Account Manager will need to demonstrate first class negotiating, selling and closing skills. It is therefore important that applicants have experience of the Generic / OTC Pharmaceutical market. Ideally the individual will have a Life Sciences background and hold a relevant industry qualification (ABPI / BGMA). Alternatively, my client will consider candidates who are keen to forge a reputation within the industry and will consider articulate, enthusiastic and enterprising candidates with a desire to learn new skills who have a track record of success in a similar customer facing sales role.
The successful candidate will be methodical in their approach, with strong planning and organisational skills. Documented evidence of previous sales achievements will be highly advantageous.
