Responsibilities:
oOverall management of clinical research monitoring activities in accordance with the approved procedures and ICH/GCP guidelines.
oLiaise with functional line management in identification of any training or development needs and input into the performance process.
oCoordinate CRO activities
oMentoring, coaching and training of CRAs
oProvide and maintain strong dimension of clinical expertise and knowledge.
oDelivering clean CRF's from an ICH/GCP/SOP compliant process on time and within budget.
oEnsure the regulatory submission process alongside the dedicated team
oInvestigators meetings coordination and contribution
oGuarantee a high level of quality throughout all dimensions of clinical studies
Experience:
o5 years experience within Clinical Research Associate
oStrong and wide experience in the monitoring activities and site management coordination
oExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
oFamiliar within a matrix management scheme, flexible and proactive
oExcellent level of English, Fluent in French
oValid Driving License
For this opportunity you will have a Scientific Degree, and be fluent in written and spoken English. You will have amassed extensive experience within Clinical Research Associate role within the pharmaceutical industry or International CRO and have an in depth knowledge of good clinical practice and ICH plus experience of internal audit
